I had 13 notifications yesterday morning due to my posts and comments about the new 200 and F-150, and woke up to a new personal record of 15 notifications this morning due to a post and comments about the new ATS coupe.

I was going to screenshot it, but I instinctively clicked to check my notifications. I hope the next round of new car reveals happens soon, because I'm always on Jalopnik during the day and want to set a new PR overnight.

I had fun once when before work I wrote a short article.. while at work it went FP... I ended up with over 75 notifications over the course of 6 hours

You don't like hearing what other people have to say in response to your comments? What if people asked you a question and you just blew it off?

I mean, I'm not saying you're obligated or anything, but you're on Oppo so you obviously have a deeper connection to Jalopnik and it's community...
You seem to contribute a lot - either that or you must say some really controversial stuff o_O - so why not contribute a little more to the community and make yourself aware of what people are saying to you and maybe even start a conversation?

Is this inattention or notification anxiety? Cuz I get the later.. Also why I don't check the mail as often as I should. And those notifications.. What if someone has something negative to say about you? Hour can you deal with that!? Such anxiety.
